Bác sĩ Pollack là Chuyên viên y khoa của HAIVN tại Hà Nội từ tháng 8 năm 2009.

Bs. Pollack tốt nghiệp trường Đại học Y của Đại học Temple tại Philadelphia và hoàn thành chương trình nội trú chuyên khoa nội và chương trình tu nghiệp chuyên khoa các bệnh truyền nhiễm tại Trung tâm y khoa Beth Israel Deaconess, một bệnh viện giảng dạy của Đại học Y Harvard tại Boston, Massachusetts. Bs. Pollack đã làm trưởng nhóm nội trú một năm với vai trò đào tạo sinh viên y khoa và các nội trú khóa dưới. Bác sĩ Pollack chủ yếu được đào tạo về chăm sóc và điều trị HIV, đặc biệt là chăm sóc lâm sàng và đào tạo các y bác sĩ.

Bs. Pollack hiện giữ vai trò kiêm nhiệm là giảng viên trong Khoa nội tổng quát và chăm sóc ban đầu và Khoa các bệnh truyền nhiễm tại Trung tâm y khoa Beth Israel Deacones, Boston.

Dr.�Pollack�is a�HAIVN Medical Officer based in Hanoi. He joined the project in August, 2009.�

Dr. Pollack graduated from Temple University Medical School in Philadelphia. He completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School, in Boston, Massachusetts. He also spent a year as a chief medical resident, a role which primarily involves training of medical students and internal medicine interns and residents. Dr. Pollack has focused his training on HIV care and treatment and his interests include clinical care and physician training.

Dr. Pollack currently holds a joint faculty position in the Division of General Medicine and Primary Care and in the Division of Infectious Diseases at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
