Ms. Phuong serves as HAIVN's Project Officer for the PEPFAR Program Evaluation/Quality Assurance Program. 

She joined HAIVN in April 2010.

Prior to working with HAIVN, Ms. Phuong worked as the Project Assistant and Secretary of the Director for the Centre for Studies and Applied Sciences in Gender, Family, Women, and Adolescents (CSAGA), a local NGO in Vietnam. In this role, she participated in monitoring and evaluating activities and assisted with ongoing research involving domestic violence and gender issues.

Ms. Phuong received her B.Sc. from the Hanoi School of Public Health in 2008.
