Nguyen Duc Duat is Medical Officer Assistant at HAIVN Hanoi office. He joined the project in October, 2011.
Mr. Duat served as a biology teacher in a junior high school for three years before he came back to study and graduate from theSchool of Biotechnology, International University, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) in 2011. To pursue his interest of medical biotechnology, he performed his thesis project at Oxford University Clinical Research Unit based in Hospital for Tropical Diseases HCMC fcousing on deveopingspecific anti-Penicillium marneffei antibodies for detection of penicilliosis.
Duat is very pleased tobe part of HAIVN in improving the situation of treatment and care of HIV/AIDS patients in Vietnam.
